Valleyfair!

Since moving Kylie to a toddler bed, I have sat by her bed as she goes to sleep. . .Here's a picture of the first night I didn't do that. She's been a champ ever since! She's not motivated by stickers rather by being known as a "big girl" and being able to ride bigger rides at Valleyfair!

The flume with daddy.
Corkey and Sharon, Scout and Nate.
The boys were pretty good at sticking close, but as the day wore on, their familiarity was greater and so they felt less compelled to stay close!
"The mild thing"--with Kylie's new shoes, she was now tall enough to ride this small roller coaster.

Last wednesday we went to valleyfair with our neighbors. We had a GREAT time! The kids loved the fact that they could ride so many rides and just do a ride again without worrying about how many tickets were left. It was also nice that we could come home in the afternoon for a quick rest and some food. We spent 9 hours at Valleyfair and there were a few things we didn't get to do yet! Quite surprising with kids as young as ours. The boys could go on quite a few rides especially with an adult; Kylie could go on quite a few too, but she was just shy (in height) of getting on a bunch more, so in the evening, I brought different shoes for her and then she could ride a bunch more:) All-in-all is was a great day. The next day however MY feet ACHED from wearing flip-flops all day!!!
