Camping

Camping this year was quite enjoyable.  We had great weather, the beach was lovely, and the kids met some new friends.  This year the kids loved being buried in the sand all the way up to their heads.

Fishing was quite important to the boys.  Thankfully G and G Beckering were around for a day and the older three kids kept all three adults quite busy with fish and worms and tangles as I chased after Avery.

Kylie's orange pole seemed to beg fish onto it--she rarely had to wait for the fish to jump onto the line.

Bennet wanted to wait for a good one before we took his picture.  Somehow we were also got a few other kids who wanted to join our fishing crew.

roasting marshmellows right before the downpour!  It was great timing for rain because we had finished our s'mores, showered and had the kids in bed.  It rained a lot of the night but the morning was beautiful and dried everything out very well!
