Spirit week at school this year included decade day--Bennet wanted to be Elvis--Caleb was just a 50's boy.
Kylie wanted to be a cow girl although this wasn't a decade, to her it was just about dressing up and to be honest that was all that mattered to me:)

Then we have crazy day...We attempted to dye all three kids hair with koolaid--Caleb was up until 10:30 cuz had to keep it in over night and he and Kylie both thought it was itchy--so we ended up giving him a shower at 10:30 and putting jello in his hair in the morning (why jello? I don't know it has color in it). Bennet's koolaid was the only on that lasted the night--and just in case you all want to do it, you should know that it is permanant!!! Although we got some out after school, he still looks reddish--we even cut his hair and can still see it (1 month later!!!!) (Spirit week was when my mom had her back surgery!)
crazy day for Kylie--she came home and said Grant laughed his head off at her--I asked if that was bad or good. She said good--she usually doesn't like it when people laugh at her. Good thing she likes Grant (1 of the 4 boys in her class)
Cub scouts home depot experience building a card holder and house money bank.
This week hasn't been the best for the Beckerings as I took care of 2 other kids monday morning through Wed. morning and they both had bad colds and one had a high fever...then on that lack of sleep, all 4 of my kids got a stomach bug AGAIN!! It is great to get it overwith in one-3 days, but I am complaining that this is the 2nd time this winter...Hopefully the weekend will be relaxing:)
